Annual Maple Weekends Pancake Breakfast

Join us again for our cherished tradition at Letchworth State Park—Flapjacks for Friends! This delightful Pancake Breakfast is held at the Humphrey Nature Center and is a community highlight, lovingly prepared by our dedicated volunteers. Supported by the Friends of Letchworth, this event not only offers a scrumptious breakfast but also contributes to the park’s conservation efforts.

This year, we’re excited to enhance our classic menu with freshly prepared scrambled eggs, providing a fuller meal that complements our staple offerings without overshadowing them. Enjoy our fluffy pancakes, sizzling sausages, and now, scrambled eggs, all topped with locally sourced New York State Maple Syrup.

Gather from 10am to 2pm on the following dates (choose a date below to purchase tickets):

Immerse yourself in our syrup making demonstration to discover the craftsmanship behind New York State’s finest maple syrup. From tapping to boiling, see how raw sap transforms into the rich syrup that enhances our pancakes.

Tickets are $12, and children aged 4 and under enjoy free admission. Your meal includes a choice of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, orange juice, or milk. This event offers more than just a meal—it’s a chance to connect with nature, learn about sustainable practices, and support the vital conservation work of the Friends of Letchworth.

We look forward to sharing this warm, community-driven experience with you at the Pancake Breakfast in Letchworth State Park. Join us for a morning that extends beyond the plate and into the heart of our community.
